Questions

Will tables, columns and pictures be kept?

Simple tables, paragraphs, two-column text and pictures are carried over. Complex layouts, such as tables without clear columns, text around pictures or fancy designs, may still look different in Word.

What happens with a scanned PDF?

A scan is only a picture of text, with no real text inside. Each page is placed into Word as a picture. To get editable text, use our OCR PDF tool, which reads the text from scans.

Why do some lines or fonts look different?

Word uses its own fonts. We match the closest family (Arial, Times or Courier style) and the text size, but not the exact font.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser.
